Set of two rustic plots located in Almoster (Santarém), sold together, with a total area of 11.88 ha and located about 5 minutes from the A1 exit of Cartaxo and 15 minutes from the center of Santarém.
According to the information provided by the City Council, the land is part of the National Agricultural Reserve (RAN), and in the proposal to revise the PDM they are distributed in two classifications:
- Type I Agricultural Production Spaces;
- Natural and Landscape Spaces.
Under certain conditions, it is possible to build, namely, for the constitution of an agricultural exploration or tourist enterprise.
In the current PDM, it is possible to build up to 200 m2 of covered area within the RAN (1 floor, maximum height of 6 m), and up to 300 m2 of covered area outside said easement (up to two floors, maximum height of 7.5 m).
