Wall cladding: all walls will have a tinned plaster finish (smooth) and painted with plasvip paint (Robbialac), with the exception of the sanitary facilities (entirely covered in ceramic by the Revigrés brand, Pulpis 30x60 series) and kitchen ( gypsum plasterboard with silstone backsplash in the slab area). The exterior walls are painted with Vipcril Text paint (Robbialac).
Equipment: the kitchen will be equipped with lower furniture in lacquered wood and columns in melamine wood. It will have a corian countertop (standard to be defined). The Sanitary facilities will be equipped with sanitary ware from the Sanitana brand Pop Art series, mixers/single levers from the Sanitana brand Unic series, wall-hung furniture with ceramic washbasin from the Banhoazis brand New Line series.
Floor covering: will be covered with vinyl flooring in the kitchen and all sanitary installations (GS Floors brand, class 23/33/43 [AC5] with 0.7 mm), the remaining divisions will be covered with floating flooring (Finsa – FinFloor brand , Exitus range, AC5 class). White WPC skirting board, 10cm high in all rooms, with the exception of the sanitary and kitchen facilities that do not lead. Interior stairs will be clad in oak wood.
